Naša tvrtka prvenstveno se bavi prikupljanjem sirovih i sirovo-slanih goveđih koža glava od poznatih dugogodišnjih dobavljača.

No, cijelo vrijeme smo u intenzivnoj potrazi za novim dobavljačima i kupcima goveđih koža glava. Naime, naši kupci su prepoznali kvalitetu koju nudimo te potražnja raste iz dana u dan.

Goveđe kože glava s goveda moraju biti skinute prema poznatim standardima, točnije da na njoj ne ostanu deformacije zbog skidanja ili pak rezovi od noža. Koža mora imati sve postojeće anatomske dijelove – kožu glave, uši i gubicu.

Veliki goveđi rogovi moraju obavezno biti uklonjeni, ali mali rogovi junadi se ne uklanjaju.

Nakon skidanja i hlađenja, kože glava moraju biti posoljene čistom svježom neupotrebljavanom solju, te se posebna pozornost prilikom soljenja mora se obratiti na soljenje unutarnje strane uši.
